DO NOT ENTER the surgery premises if you are experiencing symptoms.

We are asking that patients DO NOT visit the surgery unless unavoidable. Prescriptions can be ordered via our designated email address at :

[email protected]

For patients who still wish visit the surgery to order, we have provided a table with ordering slips and a box near the entrance door. Please use these rather than approaching the reception desk, which is currently unmanned, with an intercom system in place. There is also a box available near the front door for hospital letters/advice notes etc.

Patients should arrange with local pharmacies to have their prescriptions collected from the surgery. Please advise receptionists in writing or via email when ordering which pharmacy you wish to nominate. The pharmacy will ask you to complete a consent form and will then collect ALL prescriptions on behalf of the named patient. Once this has been set up, patients DO NOT need to visit the surgery to collect prescriptions.
