Following a review of our appointment system over the summer of 2018 it has been decided that we will continue to book ALL appointments through the telephone triage system. If you feel that you require an appointment with a doctor please contact the surgery between 830am and 10.30am on the day that the appointment is required. This will be for both routine and urgent problems. A doctor will ring you back about your request and agree an appointment time if it is required. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS WHICH CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY FOR ASSESSMENT WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER 10.30AM.
